As
Greg Braxton points out in the
Los Angeles Times, every family-friendly show that succeeds -- Fox's new series
Terra Nova is the example he uses -- just serves to highlight the lack of such shows on the rest of the TV schedule. Given the "niche and hyper-targeted" nature of today's television, is there any hope for a revival of family-oriented TV? (Don't miss the great Bill Cosby quote that's tucked away in there.)
Comments:
Terra Nova is Jurasic Park for the 21st Century. They need good editing, and some fresh ideas. However the show is unobjectionable and often "cute" (often, TOO cute).
