Why we should spread the Gospel
I read this entire article. I have seen research on the subject of cohabiting for several decades and all of it says the same thing-Cohabiting hurts marriage. Shorter marriages, more unhappy marriages, more violence in the home, and worse communiction in the relationship. But the most troubling part of this article was not that it also showed major problems with cohabiting but at the end the author made this statement-- "I am not for or against living together" (!?) The problem is relativism! The author would not make a value judgement. The worst sin in our culture to actually come out and say that something is WRONG. Only the Gospel of Christ can change the human heart. Even a human heart that is so fallen that it thinks cohabiting is a good thing.
